What You Can Expect
Roofing
We can work with your insurance directly to get an agent to come to your house and assess for hail damage. What happens next? We will come out and meet with you to discuss whether your roof needs to be repaired or replaced. You will receive from us a free written estimate, once the price and terms of contract have been agreed upon we will help you decide what products will best meet your needs and color desire. You will be notified in advance what day the job will begin and be completed. Most roofs can be completed in one day. We will have most of the materials delivered the day the job will commence, but some materials may have to be delivered the day before. No job is complete until your are satisfied and we have met or exceeded your expectations.
Landscaping
Most of our clients will request a plan and estimate for installation. This generally requires an initial visit to talk about ideas and get measurements. A follow up visit would entail going over the plan in detail and making any modifications that might be necessary. At this time, we may reach an agreement to begin the project, and a contract would be signed.
After the project is completed, we will ask you to fill out a "Job Satisfaction Survey," and we will make a follow up call to make sure that all is well.
We also recognize that some people desire professional advice but cannot afford installation costs. For the "do - it - yourself" client, we offer planning and on - site consultation. We can design a landscape plan for you, along with an estimate of materials, at a fee of 10% of material cost. Or we can simply give you advice, on the spot, at a rate of $60/hour
Water Features
We would first do an on - site visit to determine the feasibility of a water feature and also to understand your thoughts and dreams about it. A water feature is both a technical and artistic undertaking, so careful consideration must be given to all the details. Also, we would need to be up front about budgetary constraints so project plans are reasonable. Keep in mind that natural looking water features are quite naked without plants, so it's important to anticipate that added expenditure. A site plan (a working plan) would be drawn up, and an itemized estimate would be given. The consultation and estimate are free.
After the project is completed, we will ask you to fill out a "Job Satisfaction Survey," and we will leave you with written care instructions. We are available for start up and shut down services.
